pokpk Terms and Conditions

1. General Provisions and Definitions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the pokpk platform and its users ("Member" or "you"). By accessing the pokpk website, app, or any associated service, you fully accept these Terms.

Applicable Definitions

• "Platform" means the pokpk website, mobile interface, and all related services.
• "Member" means any person registered on the Platform.
• "Wallet" means the virtual account holding the funds stored in a Member's account.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit or offer provided by pokpk.
• "Bet" means a Member's decision to place funds on any game or event.

2. Account Registration and Eligibility

To open an account and use the services on pokpk, a Member must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• A Member may operate only one account.
• The account must be opened in your own name; operating an account on behalf of another person is prohibited.
• Information provided at registration must be kept up to date.

Identity Verification (KYC)

pokpk may request a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued document at any time to verify a Member's identity. Withdrawal requests may be placed on hold until verification is complete. pokpk reserves the right to close any account where false information has been provided.

3. Account Security and Responsibility

The security of a Member's account is entirely the Member's responsibility. The following requirements are mandatory:

• Keep your password strong and change it regularly.
• Do not share your account details with anyone.
• Always log out after using a device.
• If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately.

pokpk will not be liable for any unauthorized activity on an account where the Member failed to keep their password or login details secure.

4. Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

Deposit

The minimum deposit amount on pokpk is ৳500. Currently accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly.

Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. After successful verification, withdrawals are generally completed within 10 to 45 minutes. The following conditions apply when processing a withdrawal request:

• The Member's identity verification must be complete.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account registered in the Member's own name.
• Withdrawals may be held if the wagering requirement of any active bonus has not been met.
• Additional verification may be required for suspicious transactions.

Transaction Errors

If an incorrect amount is credited due to a technical error, pokpk reserves the right to correct the difference. The Member will be notified on a priority basis in such cases.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

pokpk offers various bonuses and promotional offers for new and existing Members. All bonuses are provided under the following general terms:

Welcome Bonus

New Members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 will receive a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. Alternatively, a deposit of ৳18,000 will receive the maximum bonus of ৳8,000, giving a total balance of ৳26,000.

Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times (10x). This means that to withdraw bonus funds, the Member must place bets totalling 10 times the bonus amount.

General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer applies only once per Member, household, or IP address.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, pokpk reserves the right to cancel the bonus and any associated winnings.
• No bonus may be converted to cash until the wagering requirement has been met.
• Any additional conditions attached to a bonus will be stated in the promotion details.
• pokpk reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotional offer at any time.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

Cricket betting, slot games, live casino, fishing games, and other services are available on the pokpk platform. The following rules apply to all gaming activities:

Bet Acceptance and Cancellation

• Once all bets have been confirmed, they cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Bets may be cancelled due to technical errors or data feed interruptions.
• pokpk reserves the right to cancel any bet placed on incorrect odds or scores.

Cricket Betting

Betting is available on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, and other international cricket. If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the stake for that bet will be refunded. The rules for live in-play betting during a match will be detailed in the in-play section.

Slots and Casino Games

All slot and casino games operate according to a defined payout structure. Game outcomes are determined by an independent Random Number Generator (RNG), which ensures fair play. The rules of each game are displayed within the game interface.

Fishing Games

It is recommended that players read the applicable game rules before placing bets in all fishing games, including Ocean Phoenix and Mermaid Fishing. Fishing game outcomes are also controlled by an RNG.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pokpk platform. Any breach of these prohibitions will result in immediate account closure and, where applicable, legal action:

• Money laundering or any illegal financial transaction.
• Gaining an advantage through bots, automated scripts, or other technical manipulation.
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonuses.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another Member's account.
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or technical errors.
• Registering using a false identity or forged documents.
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor or enabling a minor to access gaming services.
• Carrying out harmful attacks on the platform's systems or servers.
• Harassing, intimidating, or disturbing other Members.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

pokpk may temporarily suspend or permanently close any Member's account for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity verification or provision of false information.
• Evidence of suspicious transactions or fraudulent activity.
• Extended periods of inactivity (as defined by the applicable policy).
• Instructions from a legal or regulatory authority.

Voluntary Closure by Member

Any Member who wishes to close their account may send a request to [email protected]. An opportunity to withdraw any remaining balance will be provided before closure, subject to the Terms.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

pokpk treats the protection of Members' personal data as a top priority. The platform uses SSL encryption technology to keep all data secure.

pokpk's total liability shall in no case exceed the balance available in the member's account.

12. Changes to Terms and Conditions

pokpk reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions, in part or in full, at any time. Changes will be published on the platform before taking effect and may be communicated to the registered email address.

Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered as the member's acceptance of the new terms and conditions. If a member does not agree to the changes, they may close their account at any time.
